This course trains the participant to fulfill a moving company’s need for a representative who coordinates the handling of a customer from the moment that customer lodges a complaint or files a claim.
The field of handling customer claims is a decisive part of a company’s ability to exist. This area is currently handled by outside subcontractors rather than within the companies themselves.
There is an immense need for professional Claims Consultants. Companies would prefer to perform this function themselves and if they had the appropriate personnel, it would be possible to do so in the U.S.
